Juan Williams Fired

Juan Williams was fired from his job as an NPR news analyst today over comments he made on Bill O'Reilly's show earlier this week. Here they are raw and uncut.

BO: "Where am I going wrong here Juan?"
JW:  "I'm not a bigot, but when I get on a plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they are identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worries. I get nervous."

Despite his rambling propensity for running on, he was just speaking his mind. Why exactly do people's views and idiologies need to match up perfectly with their employers? Isn't diversity what every hyper-PC organization out there loves to portray?
